Nugget Cream Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. frozen spinach (uncooked)
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, bacon, salt and pepper in butter.
    Add flour and cook until smooth roux; slowly add milk and cook until thick.
    Chop frozen spinach very fine.
    Squeeze all water out. Add spinach to sauce; bring to a slow boil and cook 5 minutes.
