Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Cream oleo and sugar well. Add egg yolks.
    Beat well.
    Add dry ingredients together.
    Add, alternating with sour cream, milk and flour mixture.
    Add vanilla, bananas and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or may use Bundt pan, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
