Soda Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
2 c. unsalted cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat first 3 ingredients until stiff and dry.
Slowly add sugar, beating well.
Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and top with favorite pie filling and then put a layer of Cool Whip.
