Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    1 large can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, onion, eggs and rice in a bowl. Make into meat balls and put in roaster pan (covered). Mix tomato soup with 1/2 can water. Pour over meat balls and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 2 hours or until meat balls are done. Add water if needed. Great with mashed potatoes or rice.
