Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 C. chopped nuts
1 1/2 C. shredded coconut
1/2 C. oleo
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 C. powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box.
Mix the nuts and coconut together and spread over the bottom the pan.
Pour prepared cake batter over pecan/coconut mixture.
Melt oleo and cream cheese together in a saucepan; add sugar.
Mix well.
Pour mixture over cake batter.
Bake 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool and cut into squares.
