Chuck Wagon Stew(Club Member: Jason Harvey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    2 cans whole kernel corn (do not drain)
    2 cans Ranch Style beans (do not drain)
    2 cans tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat with onions and green pepper. Remove excess grease. Add corn and Ranch beans (including liquid). Add tomatoes with green chilies, tomato soup and seasoning.
    Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
