Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider
    1 stick cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple juice
Preparation
    In a large pan, heat the cider and cinnamon stick.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce the heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Keep over low heat or reheat in small batches as guests arrive.
    Makes 20 cups.
