Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, spices and salt; stir into rice.
Add milk, eggs and raisins.
Pour into a greased baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes, stirring once.
