Praline Brownies - cooking recipe

1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine, divided
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In saucepan, combine the dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter and milk; stir over low heat just until butter is melted.
Pour into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan; sprinkle evenly with pecans.
