Sauce With Sausage And Chickpeas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sweet Italian-style sausage
    8 oz. hot Italian-style sausage
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 can chickpeas
    1/2 c. Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
    1 lb. linguini, cooked
Preparation
    Remove sausage casings.
    Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and add sausage meat.
    Cook until meat is no longer pink, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps.
    Drain off fat.
    Add sauce, chickpeas and olives.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Toss with cooked pasta. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
