Mexican Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
2 (7 oz.) cans taco sauce
1 medium can chili (no beans)
1 small can chopped green chilies
2 cans Cheddar soup
1 can milk
1 small pkg. nacho cheese chips, broken
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Spread rice in pan and cover with meat mixture. (browned hamburger, taco sauce, chili and green chilies).
Cover this with the soup and milk mixed together. Top with broken nacho chips.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
