Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme (Campbell's soup)
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted margarine.
    Add mushrooms, rice, consomme, water, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased 2-quart dish. Cover; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
