Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
pinch of salt
1 (9-inch) deep dish crust
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except crust.
Use the electric mixer and whip on high for 2 minutes.
Place in unbaked crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 45 minutes or until when knife is inserted in the middle, comes out clean. Cool.
