Baked Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large sweet onions, sliced and separated into rings
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 slices French bread, buttered on both sides
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook onion rings in butter over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender.
Arrange onions in greased 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Blend soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper.
Pour over cheese and onions and mix lightly.
Arrange buttered bread slices over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
