Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 large carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and divide in half. Scramble eggs and add milk.
    Slowly add half of dry ingredients and blend together.
    Roll mushroom slices in wet mixture, then in dry mixture.
    Shake off excess and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
    Serve immediately.
