Irish Lamb Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bacon slices
5 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. boneless leg of lamb, cubed
1/2 c. flour
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 (28 oz.) can cut up peeled tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground mace
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 large onion, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 2 1/2 lb.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 5 or 6-quart Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, about 10 minutes.
Remove bacon; drain off and discard fat.
