Tuna Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tuna fish (with liquid)
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Saute the celery, onion and green pepper in the butter.
    Stir in the tuna fish (with liquid).
    Add 1/2 can chow mein noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, water, pepper and peanuts.
    Pour into ungreased casserole and sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1/2 hour.
