Creole Pie In Scone Shell - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pork sausage, hamburger or any leftover meat
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked tomatoes
2 c. cooked vegetables
Preparation

Brown meat lightly in skillet. Add onion and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft but not brown. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes. Cook until blended.
Stir until smooth and thickened. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour into hot scone shell.
