Orange-Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. orange rind
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Set aside. Combine egg yolks and next 3 ingredients, then stir into sugar mixture.
