All-Purpose Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. cane molasses
    4 Tbsp. brown rice syrup (found in health food stores)
    cayenne pepper, to taste
    6 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 cloves garlic pressed
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Use as marinade on meats and vegetables.
    Must use low salt (sodium) soy sauce or it will be too salty.
