Broccoli Casserole #4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    Ritz or saltine crackers (optional)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Add soup, onions, cheese, beaten eggs and
    mayonnaise.
    Place
    casserole in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. (Crackers may be crumbled over the top before baking if preferred.)
