Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 chicken breasts
    3 stalks celery
    2 onions, chopped
    1 large skillet corn bread
    2 Tbsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can peas and carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken; save juice.
    Break up chicken.
    Mix all ingredients except soups and milk.
    Heat soups and milk.
    Put chicken on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Then pour warm soups and milk on chicken.
    Mix rest of ingredients with chicken broth, then pour on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
