Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. country style ribs, boneless
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (sweet/sour, regular or Cajun)
Preparation
    Cut ribs into bite size pieces.
    Put all ingredients into oven bag.
    Bounce and squish bag until mixed.
    Put in pan and cut small slits on top of bag.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in preheated 325\u00b0 oven. Serve with rice.
