Cajun Boil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 red potatoes, halved
2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 large onion, quartered
1 bell pepper, cut in chunks
8 sausages, cut in thirds
1 pkg. frozen corn-on-cob
1 pkg. frozen okra, sliced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. peeled and cooked shrimp
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 lemon, quartered
1 pkg. Zatarain's shrimp and crab boil bag
Preparation

Fill stockpot about 1/2 full with water. Squeeze lemons into water and add to water.
Put Zatarain's package in water. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes, celery, onion and bell pepper; cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add sausage, corn and okra. Cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and mushrooms; cook for 2 minutes.
