Chicken Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cut-up chicken breast (no skin)
    2 to 3 small zucchini
    2 to 3 plum tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 can chicken broth
    1/4 c. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dry
    1 tsp. parsley or 1/4 c. fresh
Preparation
    Brown chicken that has been tossed with flour, salt and oregano until done in a small amount of Pam.
    Remove.
    In pan drippings, cook onion until golden; add cut-up zucchini, tomatoes, lemon juice and zest of lemon.
    Add chicken broth; bring to a boil and add basil.
    Return chicken to pan and heat until warm.
    Good with rice or noodles.
