Stuffed Bell Peppers On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    4 slices bread
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut tops off of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Boil water in a deep pan, place peppers in for 5 minutes and cook. Drain.
    Soak bread in water to soften.
    Squeeze excess water out. Combine meat, bread and next 7 ingredients.
    Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
    Place in a large, deep baking dish or pan.
