Lemon Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In
    a
    mixing
    bowl
    cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
    Stir
    in extracts.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch
    cake
    pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or
    until cake
    tests
    done.
    Cool
    for
    10
    minutes in pans. Remove from pan and let cool.
