Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (16 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Shape into balls and set aside.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Spoon chocolate into the bottom of mini cupcake pan with liners. Put peanut butter balls in them.
Spoon rest of chocolate on top. Place in freezer until they harden.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen cups.
