Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into a baking dish.
Top with crushed cracker crumbs.
Bake for 1 hour or until brown on top in a 350\u00b0 oven.
