Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil the brown sugar, regular sugar and milk until firm when dipped in cold water.
Remove from heat and add butter.
Cool until lukewarm.
Beat at medium speed until thick and creamy. Increase to high speed until thick.
