Ozark Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples, peeled and cored
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla; blend well.
Add in order diced apples, chopped pecans, golden raisins, flour, salt and soda.
Blend well.
Pour into
a tube cake pan that has been pre-sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven about 1 hour.
