Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops in a little oil along with onion and pepper. Place rice and 2 cups of water in casserole dish.
    Add chops, onion and pepper to rice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
