Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 (13 oz.) can Del Monte pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Combine eggs and pumpkin.
Blend in sugars, salt and spice. Add milk and mix well.
Divide and pour into 2 pie crusts.
Bake for 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and outer edge comes out clean.
Cool.
