Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    7 to 10 large potatoes
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and dice into small pieces; fry on medium heat in a large frypan . In another pan, fry ground beef and season.
    When potatoes are cooked, add the beef; stir in well.
    Slowly add cheese (let melt before you add another handful).
    Stir after each handful.
    Cover and let stand a couple of minutes.
    Serves 5 to 6.
