Sweet And Sour Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cider or wine vinegar
    1/3 c. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, whisk together all the ingredients.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Pour into small jars.
    Keep in fridge.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
