Breast Of Chicken On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    4 oz. can mushroom pieces with liquid
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix mushroom soup with milk, set 1/2 aside.
    Mix remaining mixture with rice, mushrooms and 1/2 onion soup mix.
    Pour into oblong 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Put chicken breast over mix, then top with reserved soups/milk.
    Sprinkle with remaining onion soup and bake 1 hour, covered, or 15 minutes, uncovered at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
