Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef stew meat
3 lb. onions, cut
1 (14 oz.) pkg. whole baby carrots or 3 large carrots, cut
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 c. water
1/4 c. instant tapioca
1 Tbsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
In large Dutch oven or roasting pan, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover; bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaves before serving. Makes 12 (1-cup) servings.
