Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. onions
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers; crumble crackers and mix with butter.
Spread on potato mixture and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
