"No Peek" Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut into chunky pieces
    3 stalks chopped celery
    4 sliced carrots
    4 diced potatoes
    1 large chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. V-8 juice
    1 sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Combine.
    Bake 5 hours at 300\u00b0, covered.
    Do not open oven or lid during the baking time.
