Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cream-style corn
3 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 large green pepper
1/2 small red pepper or 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Put half of the mixture in pan and sprinkle the cheese over it.
Add the rest of the mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
