French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell (not deep dish). Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    This pie tastes real good.
