Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can Mexican hot relish or 1 can Ro-Tel, drained
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    milk (to desired consistency)
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix corn, relish and eggs.
    Add corn meal gradually; add milk to desired consistency.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil. Brown 1 pound sausage.
    Add to corn meal mixture.
    Pour half of mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread with grated cheese, then pour on other half of mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown or until done in center.
