Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for five minutes.
    Beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir dry ingredients (except pecans) together in a separate bowl.
    Stir dry mixture into the pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into a greased and floured cookie pan.
    Spread evenly and top with pecans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. While still hot, turn out on a towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Starting at narrow end, roll towel and cake together; cool.
