Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (14 1/4 oz.) Swanson chicken broth
    16 oz. can diced or chopped S&W tomatoes, drained
    16 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
    1 tsp. dried basil
    9 oz. pkg, refrigerated or frozen Cheese Tortellini, uncooked
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in Tortellini and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes for refrigerated tortellini; for frozen tortellini simmer about 8-10 minutes. Stir in parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Yields 7 cups.
