Fresh Papaya Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh papaya
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
    whipped cream
    ready-made pie shell
Preparation
    Prebake pie shell.
    Blend orange juice with cornstarch; add sugar and lemon juice.
    Heat slowly in a saucepan, stirring constantly until clear and thickened.
    Place sliced papayas in pie shell and pour juice mixture over.
    Cool to room temperature and then chill.
    Serve ringed with whipped cream and sprinkled with chopped nuts.
