Mexican Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen corn
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 small onion
    3 small cloves garlic
    salt and black pepper
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, onion and garlic.
    Saute over medium heat until cooked.
    Add corn and mix.
    Add salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
