Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. crushed berries
2 c. whole berries
Preparation

Cream Crisco/margarine with sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and baking powder.
Add salt and milk.
Add crushed berries; mix well.
By hand, add whole berries.
Grease muffin tins well.
Sprinkle sugar on top before baking.
Makes 12 large muffins or 24 average.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
