Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can chopped clams
1/4 c. Parmesan
1/3 c. bread crumbs
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
12 large mushrooms
paprika
butter
Preparation

Drain the can of chopped clams; save liquor.
Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, chopped clams, crumbled bacon, garlic and enough clam juice to bind the mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Wipe mushrooms and remove stems.
Fill with clam mixture. Brush with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil 5 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
