Chocolate Delight(To Die For) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix margarine, flour and nuts in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Press and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk; spread on cheese layer.
Top with layer of Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
