Fudge Truffle Cheesecake(One 9-Inch Cheesecake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Chocolate Crumb Crust (follows)
    2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
    3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.
    Set aside.
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips, stirring. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
    Add melted chips and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool; chill.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
